Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

Free Shipping 

- Bambooist Club Members: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders delivered to Australian addresses.

- Non-Members:

  - Orders over AUD $99: Free Standard Shipping.

  - Orders under AUD $99: Standard Shipping fee of AUD $9.95.

 

Express Shipping 

- Available for a flat rate of AUD $12 per order.

 

Processing Times 

- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

- Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes 

- Standard Shipping:

  - Metro Areas: 2–6 business days.

  - Regional Areas: 4–8 business days.

 

- Express Shipping:

  - Metro Areas: 1–3 business days.

  - Regional Areas: 2–4 business days.

 

Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates and could be affected by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or delays experienced by Australia Post.

 

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping 

Currently, Bambooist does not offer international shipping.

 

Undeliverable Orders 

In cases where an order is returned to Bambooist due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the post office, we will reach out to you to arrange for redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Delays and Lost Parcels 

Bambooist cannot be held accountable for delays caused by Australia Post or any unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel is lost, kindly reach out to our Customer Experience Team at contact@bambooist.com with your order details and tracking number.

 

Peak Periods 

During high-demand periods (such as sales or holiday seasons), processing and delivery times may be extended. Bambooist will do our utmost to ensure your orders are dispatched promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes during these busy times.

 

Special Shipping Notes 

- Bundle Packs: Should you wish to return a bundle, only one item may be opened for sizing purposes. All other items must remain unopened to qualify for a return.

- Bambooist recommends using tracked postage for any returns to guarantee secure delivery.
